Construction, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning assistance and initial operation of On-Plot and Off-Plot facilities along with their associated works/services and auxiliary systems of the Project.

On plot

  • Installation of new AG compressor/ separator/ nitrogen/ oil shipping pumps / Gas ejector/ centrifugal water transfer pumps in Yibal & Al huwaisa stations
  • Replace the existing gas & liquid onplot piping with new piping.
  • New Control room and substation buildings
  • 8 New MSV banks, Tie – in works
  • New Water injection manifolds – Yibal A,B,C stations
  • Demolition of multiple equipment’s and accessories
  • Decommissioning of Yibal B/C/D stations and on plot facilities

  • Replace 174 No. Flow line replacement / new construction
  • New IA headers, Test headers & GRE pipeline
  • Replace 111 No of existing Well pad hookup’s with new hook-ups with all associated piping, civil, electrical, telecom & instrumentation works.
  • Install 146 Numbers of CS+PE lined WI flowlines from flange jointto the new location of the WI Manifold at Yibal A,B, & Cstations
  • 8” Gas Pipeline GRE (AHW ~ Yibal, 24 KM)
  • Well Head Piping Replacement – 60 nos
  • Valves : 43 Nos

  • UG GRE headers:  92 KM

  • 1 new Control Room (AR4) & 1 new Electrical Sub-Station (A5).
  • On plot E&I works for Piping replacement works
  • E&I works for 8 New MSV banks
  • Cable/ Conductor Terminations/testing and pre-commissioning
  • Electrical Cabling system of Approx. 215 Kms.
  • Pole hole drilling for Terminal concrete pole (30kN) (14m)
  • Stringing of 33kV OHL with Single Elm conductor – 4 Kms
  • Perforated Cable Tray – 2,184 Mtrs
  • Installation of electric transformers
