Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning assistance for the Utilities Area 1 works for BMP, which includes Erection of Boiler, Reformer, Nitrogen Package, Hydrogen production unit, Compressors, Pumps, Vessels, Stacks, Air Coolers, Substations, Control rooms etc.

Erection of vertical and horizontal static equipment.

Erection of packages (field assembled, skid mounted, etc.) including
relevant insulation installation piping and instrumentation where required.

Installation of piping and piping components. (Aboveground)
Execution of non-destructive examinations (e.g. RT, LP, MP, UT. PMI, Hardness test).

Painting works

Surface preparation and application of complete painting systems for welding seams and pipe supports.
Touch-up and final coats of shop primed surfaces.
Touch-up of shop finished surfaces.
Touch-up and tie-coat application for steel structures to be fireproofed.
Identification system for insulated and uninsulated surfaces.
