The scope of work consists of Procurement (Bulk material), Construction & Installation of all Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation, Pre-commissioning and Provision of Commissioning Support as well as associated Project and Construction Management requisite and EPC of Tank works for the successful construction, delivery, installation, and commissioning, of the BISAT-B facilities

Civil

Civil / steel structure work required to execute the contract that include, but not limited to:

  • Installation of all foundations for any proposed equipment / skid and miscellaneous)
  • Installation of precast foundations / sleepers
  • Fabrication and installation of racks / pipeways and miscellaneous supports
  • Fabrication and installation of any structures
  • Fabrication and installation stairs, platforms, walkways, cross-over stiles, etc.
  • Bund-walls for tanks, and all work related to the secondary containment
  • Fabrication and installation windsocks, bollards, and barricades
  • Fabrication and installation Signs and signboards
  • Fabrication Supply and installation of required fences and gates
  • Supply all structural materials including structural steel, bolt assemblies conforming to all required grades etc.
  • Fabrication and installation of required sunshades
  • Provide Grouting (Epoxy based non-shrink grout) for equipment/packages base as required.
  • Site Surveying
  • Excavation & Backfilling

  • Shop and/or field fabrication for interconnecting pipes & Piping – 54,898 SID / 83,648 IM)
  • Installation of all interconnecting pipework
  • Installation of all equipment Manifolds, separators, skids, storage tanks, crude de-salters, chemical injection, pumps, heaters, instrumentation, safeguarding & control systems, programming ( Equipment Erection – 1210 M.T)
  • Assembly and installation of free-issued items, supporting structures, etc.
  • Installation of underground piping & associated mechanical integrity per design
  • Fabrication, testing and internal coating of PW piping
  • Provide all bulk material and prefabricated all necessary pipe supports (including Ubolts and miscellaneous pipe supports)
  • Integrity testing of installation
  • Painting, stenciling, coating and insulation as required (materials and labor)
  • Hydrotesting, flushing, cleaning and purging of piping/systems (including hydrotest materials like: blind flanges, test heads, spare bolts and gaskets, 35,000cum N2 is included, etc.)
  • Painting & Coating works
  • EPC of Tank works (2Nos Crude oil Tanks D 14.63 m x Ht 14.63 m +2Nos Water storage tanks D 14.63 m x Ht 14.63 m)
  • Valves : 43 Nos

  • Supply, Installation, testing, inspection and pre-commissioning of all electrical equipment, cabling, earthing, etc.
  • Installation of area lighting, skid lighting, utility system etc.
  • Installation, connection and testing of earth electrodes, earthing ground-beds, system earthing, including bonding of all electrical equipment, skids and structure
  • Installation, connection, testing and commissioning of lightning protection system and surge arrestors
  • Cutting, fabrication, forming painting / galvanizing and installation of cable trays, supports and fittings
  • Installation, laying, termination, and testing of all power cables together with the
  • associated, ducting, conduits, glands, road crossings and fire barriers
  • Glanding, termination, connection and identification of all cables
  • Provision of all labels, tags and identifiers

  • Installation of all instrumentation package units
  • Installation of tubing, cables, trays, instruments supports and grounding etc.
  • Workshop for Instrument Calibration & Functional checking
  • Installation of Online analyzers linked to the DCS. Installation of all safeguarding system for the inlet flowlines and oil export pipeline
