Carryout on Island Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation works for Sulphate Reduction Plant (SRP) on west island (EPC-3) project of the UZ750 project in the upper zakum field. (Main Substation (MSS) & Local Control Room (LCR), Sulphate Reduction Plant (SRP) , Sea Water Intake (SWI) & Outfall areas.

Civil

  • Site preparation, underground piping, earthworks, road, site preparation, including fencing, drainage, pressurized underground piping erection, gravity piping networks, all concrete works such as foundation, structure, paving, etc
  • Supply of the Civil Bulk Material
  • SRP Module Road Preparation works (civil and ME&I) in collaboration with ALE (heavy Lift subcontractor)
  • SRP Module sea-fastening removal (internal & external)
  • Pile Cap preparation
  • Prefabricated Piping Spools Erection (On Island), Primary and Secondary Support Installation

  • SRP Module Road Preparation works (civil and ME&I) in collaboration with heavy Lift subcontractor
  • Mechanical Equipment Erection works, including the installation, adjustment, shimming of packages, vessels, reactors, exchangers, extruders, etc;
  • SRP Module Road Preparation works: removal, storage, reinstatement (including testing) of existing facilities for the SRP Module transportation within the allocated duration;
  • Installation of the SRP Module as per the Division of Responsibilities (DOR). Erection of SRP modules, platforms, staircases
  • Prefabricated steel structures and spools erection, touch-up painting works, including associated tests (such as Hydrotesting) and controls
  • Piping – 3,250 SID
  • Structural Steel – 250 M.T (Including Sea Fastening removal from SRP module that is around 30MT)
  • Equipment Erection – 135 M.T

Installation of

  • Electrical works including the installation, connection testing of all material and equipment in units and in substation including modification, testing and energisation
  • 33KV and 6.6KV Switchgears, Transformers, Lighting, Local control stations, Modification / Integration with existing panels at Main Substation, Cathodic Protection works
  • Cable: 98,032 Mtrs, Cable tray 2150 Mtrs
  • Earth Cable 4,635 Mtrs, Supply of Bulk Materials

Installation of

  • Instrumentation works, including the installation, connection, testing of all material and equipment in unit (off module) including loop testing from control systems such as BPCS, SIS, FGS, PLC, etc. to each local instrument
  • RMMS panel, Server and Network cabinet, HSSD panel and tubing works, Fire and Gas detector installation, Calibration and field instruments installation 124 Nos, Loop checking 275 Nos.
