Design, Manufacturing, factory testing, packing, transport, insurance, delivery, unloading, erection, painting, testing, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of the complete Work for the efficient operation of the HRSG at Amal Power Station. The contractor scope will cover Project Management for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

- Engineering is necessary to develop the Design Basis into the Detailed Design, satisfactory for the procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Operations of the facility.
- Engineering includes surveys, geotechnical testing, interface assessments, vendor document reviews. Detailed engineering for construction drawings and As-Built drawings etc.
- Carry out FEED Verification for Detailed Design and Engineering.
- The Contractor’s Detailed Design shall include, but not be limited to following functions:

- Design studies, analysis, calculations and simulations,
- Preparation of all layouts, construction Drawings, PEFS’s, data sheets, and schedules,
- Preparation of all specifications, requisitions and review of all technical aspects of equipment procured,
- Materials selection for the entire Contractor supplied materials,
- Obtaining all approvals.
- Design, HAZOP, SAFOP and IPF reviews shall be carried out.

- Design, supply and installation/construction of all Civil Works necessary for the safe and reliable operation of the 2nd HRSG and its BOP being installed at Amal Power Station.
- Provide permanent erosion control facilities, as required, for ditches and slopes, such as riprap, headwalls, rock surfacing and slope pavement.
- Construction, including site preparation, grading, raising, clearing, rerouting, demolition, removal, modification, temporary facilities, temporary work, site services, foundations, equipment unloading, handling, storage, setting, installation and erection, supply and installation of commodity items, building, erection; and construction testing and records.
- construction and maintenance of all temporary roads required for the work. This includes all roads to/from camps, offices, workshops, borrow pits, utilities, areas used for fabrication, and the Construction Site.
- All steel work, including steel work embedded in concrete, steel support structures, steel pipe racks, steel platforms, rails, stand-off supports, grating, door frames, steel tank covers, holding down bolts, shims, packing plates, and fencing materials etc.
- Foundations for instrument air compressors, dryers, and receiver, Foundations for all steel structures,
- Sunshades shall be provided for all rotating equipment, instrument air systems, and other equipment as required.
- Sunshades with EOT crane arrangement for Feedwater pumps.
- Design and construction of approx.7000m3 Evaporation Pond with fencing.
- All civil works associated with lighting installation
- Carry out detailed design and all mechanical work, including procurement, installation, construction, hook-up, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of the HRSG and its BOP.
- Complete assembly/ erection, welding installation of Company issued HRSG package with the with technical advisory assistance being provided by the HRSG OEM.
- The 1,200 ton HRSG Package will consist of Boiler feed water pumps, Casings, Economiser and Evaporator modules, Purge air system, seal air system, Diverter damper, Guillotine valve, Piping, valves, instruments etc within the HRSG OEM’s terminal points.
- Installation of Static equipment installation 77 ton & Rotating equipment installation 144 ton, associated with the inlet /outlet of the HRSG package
- Coordinate with HRSG OEM for installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance tests.
- Site-run piping installation along with associated works.
- Fabrication of 11,800-inch diameter piping and installation of 24,000-inch mtr. of piping. Supply of installation of pipes, fittings, and valves.
- Tie-ins between equipment, hook-ups of rotating equipment, and construction of pipe supports.
- Fabrication and installation of vent and drain connections at piping high and low points by the relevant piping class.
- Installation of EOT cranes along with associated works.
- External coating, painting, and insulation
- Supply and install the necessary cables and accessories for all the electrical installations.
- Installation of a safe and reliable Electrical system to operate the HRSG being installed.
- Installation of 2 No. of 1600kVA unit Auxiliary Transformers and associated works
- Installation of switchboards, feeders, control panels, sockets, junction boxes, remote control units, cable glands, and all required accessories for the entire power distribution system.
- Lightning protection systems
- Building lighting, area lighting, fence lighting, Emergency lighting, escape route lighting and small with all required fittings, supports and accessories.
- Installation of instrumentation cables, IPF valves, inter-system cables
- Supply all installation material and install all instrumentation and actuated valves. The Work shall include all process, electrical, and pneumatic hook-ups of field instruments.
- Full loop and functional testing, as required for all equipment being installed
- Instrumentation system to accommodate the installation of the HRSG system
- Supply and installation of all instrument equipment’s as transmitters, gauges, junction boxes, control valves, BGUs, H2S detectors, etc.
- All field cabling and termination for the facility
- F&G system installation and testing
- Installation of HVAC and CCTV systems
- Installation of testing of telecommunications, CCTV, UPS, LAN, and access control systems
- Installation of FOC cables
- Installation of Communication systems.
- Installation of instrumentation cables, IPF valves, inter-system cables
- Supply all installation material and install all instrumentation and actuated valves. The Work shall Include all process, electrical, and pneumatic hook-ups of field instruments.
- Full loop and functional testing, as required for all equipment being installed
- Installation of control room equipment and testing.
- Conduct pre-commissioning, Testing, and commissioning activities.
