Reduction Department

  1. Pot Cut out and removal to the relining facility
  2. Superstructure removal and transportation to the relining facility
  3. Pot Delining
  4. Pot Relining – Refractory Works
  5. Superstructure refurbishment
    1. Anode Beam welding and machining
    2. Repair and refurbishment of Superstructure steelwork
    3. Electrical, instrumentation- and pneumatic system refurbishment
  6. Pot Shell Repair
    1. Straightening of pot shells
    2. Replacement of damaged sections
  7. Transportation and installation of the Pot and Superstructure in the Pot Rooms

Supply all manpower, hand tools, Equipment, power, and other resources to provide a complete turn-key repair service for routine mechanical removal, repair, and replacement of pot lining and superstructure and associated ancillary equipment.
